A flavorful, traditional German Hefeweizen that features a nice haze with notes of banana and clove. A balance of German Malts, Wheat and Noble hops make for a great tasting and refreshing beer.
American Pilsner with slight notes of malt sweetness and a yeast strain that allows small amounts of fruity esters to come through. Brewed with Michigan Magnum and Cascade hops to lend a slight floral and citrus bitterness.
A blend of roasted malts give this brew nice caramel and toasted marshmallow undertones. Vanilla beans are added to give it a sweet kick, bringing you back to those cool nights sitting around a campfire.
The drink of choice of our late friend and mug club member, Bucky, who taught us that you can drink coffee all day if you put some in your beer! Made with Brazil Santos coffee beans from our friends at Infusco Coffee in Sawyer, this stout embodies a silky mouth feel with chocolate and coffee undertones.
This ale is brewed with delicious Simcoe and Chinook hops which bring out citrus and piney flavors and aromas. This medium bodied IPA is the perfect end to a hard days work. We know you worked hard, so we put our hops, sweat and tears into this beer.
This slightly pink colored American Wheat beer is generously loaded with fresh raspberries. Our hazy English Ale yeast is used to allow gentle wheat flavors to perfectly complement that touch of sweetness and slight fruity esters.
Not your basic Pils, after an eight week long fermentation with our favorite lager strain from the Alps of Bavaria. Clean malty sweetness hop and a unique hop aroma for an intense floral and fruity finish.
A decadent balance between malt sweetness and a double dry hop addition of seven different hop varieties lends notes of apricot, melon, and papaya. Amarillo, El Derado, Nelson Sauvin, Idaho 7, Simcoe, Comet and Cascade will have you screaming “jackpot!”
A kettle sour brewed with a heavy addition of lactose, oats and wheat which creates a full bodied creamy mouthfeel. Graham crackers, cinnamon and a hefty dose of peach give this beer a delicate sweetness and tangy sour finish. We don’t make mistakes, we just have happy little accidents! (Just kidding, we definitely made a mistake and ordered the wrong ingredients, which created the premise of this beer!)
Our 2020 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal beer was inspired by my Grandma‘s favorite strawberry rhubarb pie. A kettle sour with a generous grain bill of oats, wheat and lactose, with the addition of strawberries and Michigan Rhubarb. Seriously… liquid strawberry rhubarb pie!
Yea we know, you like hazy IPA’s. Well sip on this delicious brew. Double dry hopped with Comet, El Derado, Nelson Sauvin, and Idaho 7, this beer has a melody of tropical juiciness.
This 2017 Great American Beer Festival Gold Medal and 2018 World Beer Cup Gold medal beer has strong malty sweetness shining through with a lush velvety texture. Brewed with grains of paradise and conditioned for four months, this beer becomes more complex and flavorful with age.
Notes of cigar, cocoa, and oak, round off this beast of a beer. Aged in bourbon barrels for four months to mellow the intensity, and primed with maple syrup, this beer is sure to explode with awesomeness.
A select blend of bourbon barrels housed this imperial breakfast stout for three months; then we added an abundance of chocolate, coffee, maple syrup, vanilla beans and cinnamon sticks to pack in the flavor.
